We’re seeking a Sales Development Manager with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling in the B2B space.  This is a highly visible role within Tubular where you will be in charge of upleveling a team of SDRs, hiring new reps, and executing an account-based selling strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish Tubular in a category of one by bringing insight and strategy to our prospects
  • Manage a growing team of SDRs in North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales development functions
  • Partner with Marketing and Field to provide a seamless buyer journey
  • Create sales opportunities for new business and upsell in target accounts
  • Hold SDR and Field teams accountable to goals and SLAs
  • Report to the VP of Marketing

Your Background:

  • 5+ years managing B2B sales development. Experience in the entertainment, online video, or social analytics industry is preferred.
  • Strong Salesforce user with the ability to manage to the numbers; and leverage reports and dashboards.
  • Reputation as a significant contributor to helping sales teams position and win deals. Strong understanding of account-based marketing and selling in the Enterprise segment.
  • Team-oriented leader with strong hiring experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and executing multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Exceptional program, project, and time management skills. Highly organized and detail focused.
  • Natural collaborator and team-player.
