Rob Gabel

Founder & CEO

Rob Gabel is the Founder and CEO of Tubular Labs. Prior to Tubular, Rob was SVP of Advertising Performance at Machinima, a leading YouTube network focused on gaming entertainment. Rob has deep roots in online marketing and has held various management positions in his career, including SVP of Marketing for LowerMyBills and VP Marketing for Netflix and Inadco. As one of the first employees at LowerMyBills, Rob helped the company grow from pre-revenue to over $200 million organically before being acquired by Experian in 2005 for nearly $400 million. Rob earned his M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Honors College at the University of Houston with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

Allison Stern

Co-Founder /CMO

Allison Stern is Tubular’s Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer. Before Tubular, Allison worked at YouTube, with the sales operations, product marketing, and business development teams. Prior to that, Allison was a business strategy consultant at Corporate Executive Board, where she advised Fortune 500 sales and marketing executives on business challenges. Throughout her career, Allison has helped media companies, including 20th Century Fox and AOL, develop compelling online experiences and increase user engagement. Allison holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she led the Stanford Future of Media Conference, and a B.A. from Yale University, where she led the Yale Television Station.

Matt Hunter

CPO

Matt brings over 15 years experience helping successful start-ups scale through periods of hyper-growth. Most recently as EVP of Product at App Annie, Matt helped the business grow 10X and become the dominant app intelligence platform in just four years.

Pat Williams

CRO

In previous roles, Pat has helped companies significantly grow sales/revenues and scale the corresponding field go-to-market (GTM) team globally as an Executive leader for companies providing pioneering technologies and/or solutions to the Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB market segments.

Michael Kamprath

CTO

Michael Kamprath is Tubular’s Chief Technology Officer. He has over 20 years of experience having most recently served as VP of Engineering at Quantcast. Prior to that, Michael was at Advertising.com where he led their advanced research team. He stayed in that role for nearly a decade up and through the acquisition by AOL. Michael started his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. He holds BS and MS degrees in Aerospace Engineering from University of Michigan.

Jason Chroman

VP of Finance and Controller

Jason Chroman is Tubular's VP of Finance and Controller. He brings over two decades of experience in finance and operations having held senior roles at companies like Streetline, Yahoo! and Excite@Home. After completing his undergraduate work at UC Berkeley, Jason earned an MA in International Economics from The School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins. He is a CPA and CFA, and recently taught a course in financial modeling at Middlebury College.
