I am very pleased to announce today that Tubular Labs has acquired ReelSEO, The Video Marketer’s Guide.
As of today, ReelSEO will become an integral new piece of the Tubular Labs intelligence network. The site will no longer serve ads and the team will no longer be reporting news, instead focusing on delivering strategic insights, critical data, tactical advice, and trends in the digital video marketing business.
ReelSEO will be incorporated into Tubular Labs’ suite of services as a free resource for our customers and the industry by continuing and expanding the blogs, newsletters, events, reports and briefings. Publisher and industry veteran Mark Robertson will be joining Tubular Labs as our Head of Advanced Video Practices, overseeing all editorial and research related to video marketing. He and his team will be based in Tubular Labs’ Los Angeles office.
When I transitioned into online video five years ago, I educated myself on the industry by reading ReelSEO. It is still a must-read for me and the 250,000 unique visitors every month. I have tremendous respect for Mark, his team, their knowledge of the online video business and their role in advocating for and growing the industry to date. I look forward to them joining the growing team at Tubular Labs.
